100% Linen naturally hand dyed using plants.

This rich blue is dyed with indigo. The natural pigments saturate the linen organically and create a beautifully original coloured cloth with a gentle marbled pattern. Due to the dyeing process no two pieces are the same and the fabric has a true 'wabi sabi' feel. The shade of blue varies depending on how many dips it has in the vat. If you would prefer a darker or lighter shade just get in touch.

The linen is pre washed during my dyeing process and becomes softer and more beautiful with age. Available in two weights ~ light weight or super soft medium weight. Linen is a strong, breathable, luxurious and antibacterial fabric.

Indigo is a very colourfast dye and will not fade dramatically but may gently age over time and with washing, just like jeans.
Gentle wash at 30 degs with similar colours and a gentle soap.

By the meter. Unpressed and edges left raw for a natural look.
